1. Food & Dessert Orders
All Iramo products are freshly prepared and often made to order. For this reason:
* All food and dessert sales are non-refundable
* Orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed
* Custom or personalised items cannot be refunded or exchanged once production has begun
If there is an issue with your order (such as damage or an error), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, including photos where possible, and we will review the matter.

2. Event Tickets
* Event tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless stated otherwise
* If you are unable to attend an event, we cannot offer a refund
* Tickets may be gifted to a friend unless the event specifies named entry only
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Iramo, you will be offered:
* A full refund or
* A ticket for a rescheduled or alternative event
